Fried Mushrooms Recipe

Mushrooms contain varying degrees of protein and fibre. They also contain B vitamins as well as a powerful antioxidant called selenium, which helps to support the immune system and prevent damage to cells and tissues.

2 Tbsp(4.0 gm) Celery Leaves (Chopped)

2 Tsp(9.0 ml) Vinegar

1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Corn Flour

1/4 Tsp(0.31 gm) Black Pepper Powder

2 No.(2.0 gm) Red Chilly

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
  • For making fried mushroom

  • Heat pan, add 1 tsp oil, 9 small mushroom, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp vinegar, 2 tbsp chopped celery leaves, saute well.

  • Then add the cornflour mixture, saute well. Then add 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, red chilly paste, saute well. Cook for 5 minutes, Serve hot. Enjoy.
