Mushrooms contain varying degrees of protein and fibre. They also contain B vitamins as well as a powerful antioxidant called selenium, which helps to support the immune system and prevent damage to cells and tissues.
For making fried mushroom
Heat pan, add 1 tsp oil, 9 small mushroom, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp vinegar, 2 tbsp chopped celery leaves, saute well.
Then add the cornflour mixture, saute well. Then add 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, red chilly paste, saute well. Cook for 5 minutes, Serve hot. Enjoy.
