2.0 Chopped Tbsp(4.0 gm) Celery Leaves
2.0 Tsp(9.0 ml) Vinegar
1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Corn Flour
0.13 Tsp(0.31 gm) Black Pepper
2.0 Number(2.0 gm) Red Chilly
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1.0 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
10.0 Ml(10.0 ml) Water
  • For making fried mushroom

  • Heat pan, add 1 tsp oil, 9 small mushroom, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp vinegar, 2 tbsp chopped celery leaves, saute well.

  • Then add the cornflour mixture, saute well. Then add 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, red chilly paste, saute well. Cook for 5 minutes, Serve hot. Enjoy.
