- Step 1 Heat pan with 1 tsp oil, add mushroom and season with 1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 2 Add 1 tsp vinegar, 2 tbsp chopped celery leaves, saute well.
- Step 3 Add the corn flour slurry and mix well.
- Step 4 Add 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, red chilli paste and mix well.
- Step 5 Cook for 5 minutes.
- Step 6 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 7 Serve hot. Enjoy.
