For Kibbeh Dough
- Step 1 In a bowl add 1/3 cup suji, water as required and knead into a soft dough. Keep aside.

For Chicken Stuffing
- Step 1 In a heated pan add 1/8 cup minced chicken,1 tbsp chopped onion,1/8 tsp cayenne pepper powder,1/8 tsp jeera powder, 1/8 tsp salt and saute it well.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding chopped spinach.
- Step 3 Take the dough and divide it into equal portions.
- Step 4 Fill the chicken mixture in each portion and seal it.
- Step 5 Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry the chicken kibbeh till golden brown in color.
- Step 6 Serve hot.
