Kibbeh is a tasty, delicious fried snack recipe and is loaded with Protein, Iron, Magnesium.
For Kibbeh Dough
In a mixing bowl add 1/3th cup semolina,1/8th tsp salt, water as required and knead into the soft dough. Keep aside.
For Chicken Stuffing
In a pan add 1/8th cup minced chicken,1 tbsp chopped onion,1/8th tsp cayenne pepper,1/8th tsp cumin powder, 1/8th tsp salt and saute it well.
Take the dough and divide it into an equal portion.
Fill the chicken mixture in each portion and seal it.
Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry the chicken kibbeh till golden brown in color.
