Steps
- Step 1 For Kibbeh DoughIn a mixing bowl add 1/3th cup semolina,1/8th tsp salt, water as required and knead into the soft dough
- Step 2 Keep aside
- Step 3 For Chicken StuffingIn a pan add 1/8th cup minced chicken,1 tbsp chopped onion,1/8th tsp cayenne pepper,1/8th tsp cumin powder, 1/8th tsp salt and saute it well
- Step 4 Take the dough and divide it into an equal portion
- Step 5 Fill the chicken mixture in each portion and seal it
- Step 6 Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry the chicken kibbeh till golden brown in color
- Step 7 Serve hot
