- Step 1 In a bowl add 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1 tsp red chilli flakes, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 1/4 tsp garam masala powder, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder and mix well.
- Step 2 Add 1 tbsp rice flour,1 tbsp cornflour and make paste of it.
- Step 3 Pour in a little water to obtain slight liquid consistency, mix and add 75 gms of chicken pieces.
- Step 4 Marinate the chicken well in spices mixture and keep it aside.
- Step 5 Heat oil in a pan, add the marinated chicken and fry till golden brown.
- Step 6 Give a Nestle Twist by adding sesame seeds.
- Step 7 Serve hot and fresh.
