Steps
- Step 1 To make the batter, take a mixing bowl and break an egg in it
- Step 2 Add 2 tsp sugar, 1/4 tsp salt and whisk it properly with hand
- Step 3 Pour in 20 ml Nestlé A+ Milk and whisk again
- Step 4 Pour in a flat bowl and keep aside
- Step 5 Melt 2 tsp butter on a frying pan at a low flame
- Step 6 Dip 2 slices of white bread in batter and put it on the frying pan
- Step 7 Allow it to cook on one side, flip and then cook on the other side as well
- Step 8 Once both sides are browned, take off the pan and transfer to a serving platter
- Step 9 Serve fresh and hot with maple syrup
