2 No.(48.0 gm) White Wheat Bread
1 No.(45.0 gm) Egg
20 Ml(20.0 ml) Milk
2 Tsp(9.0 gm) Sugar
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
2 Tsp(8.0 gm) Butter
  • To make the batter, take a mixing bowl and break an egg in it.

  • Add 2 tsp sugar, 1/4th tsp salt and whisk it properly with hand.

  • Pour in 20 ml milk and whisk again.

  • Pour in a flat bowl and keep aside.

  • Melt 2tsp butter on a frying pan at a low flame.

  • Dip 2 slices of white bread in batter and put it on the frying pan.

  • Allow it to cook on one side, flip and then cook on the other side as well.

  • Once both sides are browned, take off the pan and transfer to a serving platter.

  • Serve fresh and hot with maple syrup.
