- Step 1
Heat a pan with 1 tsp butter, add 1/2 cup julienne onion and saute until soft

Add water as required, cover and let it simmer over low flame

Season with 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tbsp cheese and stir until it dissolves well.

Turn off the flame and serve the soup in a bowl

Give it a Nestle Twist by adding fresh herbs
- Step 7
Add these to the soup and serve hot.
