Thin, light air-like crepes paired with protein rich chole and paneer hummus flavored with aromatic spices make a complete meal or breakfast option.
Soak and Pressure cook 1 tbsp chole
In a blender jar, add cooked chole, 2 tsp white til, 1/2 tbsp grated paneer, 3 tsp olive oil, 1 garlic clove, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1/4th tsp salt and water as required.
In a mixing bowl, add 1/2 egg, 1/2 cup milk, 1 tbsp melted butter and beat well.
Add 2 tbsp maida, 1/8th tsp salt and mIx well.
Grease a nonstick pan with 1/2 tsp butter.
Pour the batter, allow to cook.
Flip and cook on both sides until light brown in color and well cooked.
Serve hot paneer crepes with hummus.
