In a blender jar, add cooked chole, 2 tsp white til, 1/2 tbsp grated paneer, 3 tsp olive oil, 1 garlic clove, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1/4 tsp salt and water as required.
In a mixing bowl, add 1 egg, 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk, 1 tbsp melted butter and beat well.
Add 1/4 cup maida, 1/8 tsp salt and mIx well.
Grease a nonstick pan with 1/2 tsp butter.
Pour the batter, allow to cook.
Flip and cook on both sides until light brown in colour and well cooked.
Serve hot paneer crepes with hummus.
