French Crepes with Paneer Hummus Recipe

  • Prepreparation

    Soak and Pressure cook 1 tbsp chole

  • For Hummus

    In a blender jar, add cooked chole, 2 tsp white til, 1/2 tbsp grated paneer, 3 tsp olive oil, 1 garlic clove, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1/4th tsp salt and water as required.

  • Blend well.

  • For Crepe

    In a mixing bowl, add 1/2 egg, 1/2 cup milk, 1 tbsp melted butter and beat well.

  • Add 2 tbsp maida, 1/8th tsp salt and mIx well.

  • Grease a nonstick pan with 1/2 tsp butter.

  • Pour the batter, allow to cook.

  • Flip and cook on both sides until light brown in color and well cooked.

  • Serve hot paneer crepes with hummus.
