French Crepes With Paneer Hummus Recipe

1/2 Cup(102.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Butter
1.0 Tbsp(12.0 gm) Butter
0.78 Tbsp(9.0 gm) Chole
0.39 Grated Tbsp(4.0 gm) Paneer
0.78 Tsp(3.0 ml) Lemon Juice
0.78 Number(1.0 gm) Garlic
2.0 Tsp(4.0 gm) White Til
0.19 Tsp(0.85 gm) Salt
2.0 Tsp(4.0 ml) Olive Oil
23.0 Ml(23.0 ml) Water
  • For Hummus

    In a blender jar, add cooked chole, 2 tsp white til, 1/2 tbsp grated paneer, 3 tsp olive oil, 1 garlic clove, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1/4 tsp salt and water as required.

  • Blend well.

  • For Crepe

    In a mixing bowl, add 1 egg, 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk, 1 tbsp melted butter and beat well.

  • Add 1/4 cup maida, 1/8 tsp salt and mIx well.

  • Grease a nonstick pan with 1/2 tsp butter.

  • Pour the batter, allow to cook.

  • Flip and cook on both sides until light brown in colour and well cooked.

  • Serve hot paneer crepes with hummus.
