1/4 Cup(32.0 gm) Maida
0.13 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Butter
1.0 Tbsp(12.0 gm) Butter
2.0 Tbsp(18.0 gm) Chole
0.8 Tbsp(9.0 gm) White Til
0.8 Tsp(3.0 ml) Lemon Juice
2.0 Number(2.0 gm) Garlic
2.0 Tsp(6.0 ml) Olive Oil
0.4 Tsp(2.0 gm) Salt
10.0 Ml(10.0 ml) Water
  • For Hummus

    In a blender jar, add cooked chole, 3/4 tbsp white til, 2.5 tsp olive oil, 1.5 garlic clove, 3/4 tsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp salt, water as required and blend well.

  • For Crepe

    In a mixing bowl, add 1 egg, 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk, 1 tbsp butter and mix well.

  • Add 1/4 cup maida, 1/8 tsp salt and mIx well.

  • Grease a nonstick pan with 1/2 tsp butter, pour the batter and allow it to cook.

  • Flip and cook on both sides until light brown on both sides.
