French Crepes with Hummus Recipe

  • Prepreparation

    Soak 2 tbsp Chloe Overnight & Pressure Cook

  • For Hummus

    In a blender jar, add cooked chole, 2 tsp white til, 3 tsp olive oil, 1 garlic clove, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1/4th tsp salt, water as required and blend well.

  • For Crepe

    In a mixing bowl, add 1/2 egg, 1/2 cup milk and mix well.

  • Add 2 tbsp maida, 1/8th tsp salt and mIx well.

  • Grease a nonstick pan with 1/2 tsp butter, pour the batter and allow it to cook.

  • Flip and cook on both sides until light brown on both sides.
