- Step 1 Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan, add 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp rai and allow it to crackle.
- Step 2 Add 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute until soft
- Step 3 Add 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder and 1/4 tsp salt for taste
- Step 4 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/2 cup chopped french beans and mix well
- Step 5 Pour in little water, cover the pan and cook until soft on low flame
- Step 6 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi
- Step 7 Serve hot
