French Beans Dry Vegetable Recipe

1/4 Tsp(0.93 gm) Rai

1/4 Tsp(0.59 gm) Jeera

1/4 Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly (Powder)

1/4 Tsp(0.41 gm) Dhania Powder

1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil

  • Heat 1 tsp oil in a kadai, add 1/2 tsp jeera, 1/4th tsp rai and allow to crackle.

  • Add 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute.

  • Now add 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp dhania powder, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 1.5 tbsp chopped tomato, water.

  • Close the lid and cook for 2 minutes.

  • Add 1/2 cup french beans, 1/4th tsp salt and mix.

  • Cook for 5 min on medium heat and serve.
