- Step 1 Heat 1 tsp oil, add 1 tsp jeera, 2 tsp chopped garlic, 2 dry red chilli, 3 tbsp flaxseeds and roast it for a minute.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle twist by adding urad dal.
- Step 3 Cool the mix and pulse it coarsely along with 2 tbsp grated dry coconut and 1/2 tsp salt.
- Step 4 Store in a jar and use as needed
