1/4 Powder Cup(36.0 gm) Sugar
6 Powder Tbsp(34.0 gm) Alsi
1 Powder Tbsp(8.0 gm) Almond
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Dry Ginger
1/4 Cup(31.0 gm) Besan
1/8 Cup(28.0 gm) Ghee
In a pan heat 1/8th cup ghee add 1/4th cup besan and mix till oil seprate from besan.
Add 6 tbsp also powder,1 tbsp almond powder,1/4th tsp dry ginger powder,1/4th cup powder sugar, and mix well all ingredients.
Make a round shape pinni and serve.
