Flax Seed Butter Recipe

Flaxseed butter is a healthy alternative and is easily made at home. Get your daily dose of omega 3 fats with this butter. Use it as a spread or dip to your savory snacks.

2 Tbsp(16.0 ml) Oil
4 Tbsp(40.0 gm) Alsi
  • Firstly, heat a pan and dry roast 4 tbsp flaxseed.

  • Keep roasting it till it turns lightly aromatic.

  • Once done, transfer to a processor or blender.

  • Run the blender and make a fine powder of roasted flaxseeds, then add 3/4th tsp salt.

  • Start adding 2 tbsp oil in short intervals while blending the flaxseeds.

  • Once you are done adding the oil then keep blending till the butter forms into a smooth paste.

  • Keep scraping the sides with a spatula.

  • Flaxseed butter is ready.
