For Fish
- Step 1 In a bowl, add sliced pomfret, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp
- Step 2 lemon juice, 1/8 tsp salt, and mix well.
- Step 3 Marinate the fish in the masala.
- Step 4 In a pan, heat 1/2 tsp coconut oil and place marinated fish slices.
- Step 5 Roast till cook from both sides until golden brown and crisp.

For Fish Molee
- Step 1 In a pan, heat 1/2 tsp coconut oil, 2 green elaichi, 1/2 cinnamon stick, 2 cloves,1/8
- Step 2 tsp methi seeds and mix.
- Step 3 Add 1/4 cup julienne onion, 1 tsp green chilli paste, 1/2 tsp grated garlic,1/2 tsp grated ginger and saute it well.
- Step 4 Add 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1/8 tsp black
- Step 5 pepper powder,1/8 tsp salt, mix, and cook until tomatoes soften.
- Step 6 Add coconut milk and mix well. Add fish slices and simmer for a few minutes.
- Step 7 Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 8 Serve hot.
