Fish Lo Mai Gai is a tasty, glutenous Chinese recipe and is loaded with Omega-3 Fatty Acids, Magnesium, Iron.
In a mixing bowl add sliced pomfret,1 tsp soya sauce,1/4th tsp sesame oil,1/4th tsp rice vinegar,1/8th tsp black pepper powder,1/2 tsp cornflour,1/2 tsp oyster sauce and mix it well.
In a pan heat 1/2 tsp butter add into the 1/2 tsp chopped garlic,1/8th tsp grated ginger and saute it till fragrant.
Take a mold to add into the Pomfret mixture, rice mixture, little water.
Boil water in a steamer and place a mold.
Steam it till done and serve.
