For Fish
- Step 1 In a bowl add sliced pomfret,1 tsp soya sauce,1/4 tsp sesame oil,1/4 tsp rice vinegar, 1/2 tsp corn flour,1/2 tsp oyster sauce and mix it well.

For Rice
- Step 1 Wash and soak 1/8 cup rice. Then marinate rice with 1/2 tsp soya sauce,1/8 tsp black pepper powder,1/8 tsp sesame oil.
- Step 2 In a pan heat 1/2 tsp butter, add 1/2 tsp chopped garlic,1/8 tsp grated ginger and saute it till fragrant. Add this to the rice mixture and mix.
- Step 3 Take a mold, add the pomfret mixture, rice mixture and little water.
- Step 4 Boil water in a steamer and place the mold inside.
- Step 5 Steam it till done and serve.
- Step 6 Give a Nestle Twist by adding parsley leaves.
