Crunchy, crispy finer-licking fish cutlet is irresistible snack of any age group, Anyone can be lured with this recipe.
To make the mixture, take a bowl add boiled and shredded fish, 2 tbsp boiled mashed potato, 1/4th tsp chopped green chilli, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4th tsp salt and mix well.
Further, add 2 tsp bread crumbs, 1/4th tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste and mix again.
Shape the batter into cutlets and keep aside.
Take a frying pan and heat 2 tsp oil.
Add the raw cutlets, flip and shallow fry evenly.
Serve it hot along with ketchup or coriander chutney.
