For Frying(7.0 ml) Oil
  • To make the mixture, take a bowl add boiled and shredded fish, 2 tbsp boiled mashed potato, 1/4th tsp chopped green chilli, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4th tsp salt and mix well.

  • Further, add 2 tsp bread crumbs, 1/4th tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste and mix again.

  • Shape the batter into cutlets and keep aside.

  • Take a frying pan and heat 2 tsp oil.

  • Add the raw cutlets, flip and shallow fry evenly.

  • Serve it hot along with ketchup or coriander chutney.
