For the marination
- Step 1 Take 125 gm pomfret fish pieces, add 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp salt,1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp tamarind pulp.
- Step 2 Marinate the fish and keep it aside.

For Curry
- Step 1 Take a pan and heat 1 tbsp oil. Add the marinated fish pieces.Shallow fry the fish
- Step 2 on both the sides.
- Step 3 Add water and mix well. Add 1 tbsp coconut milk.
- Step 4 Sprinkle 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 5 Give a Nestle Twist by adding sesame seeds.
- Step 6 Mix and cook well.
- Step 7 Serve it with rice.
