For Jaggery Water
In a pan add 3 tbsp jaggery powder, water as required , mix well and keep aside.
In a bowl add 1/2 cup ragi flour,1/4th tbsp saunf , jaggery water, mix and knead in a soft dough.
Make a small balls and flatten them.
Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry thekua.
