Steps
- Step 1
For Jaggery Water
In a pan add 3 tbsp jaggery powder, required water, mix well and keep it aside.
- Step 2
For Thekua
In a bowl add 1/2 cup ragi flour,1/4 tbsp saunf, jaggery water, mix and knead in a soft dough.
- Step 3
Make a small balls and flatten them.
- Step 4
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a kadai and deep fry thekua.
- Step 5
Serve.
