2 Tbsp(16.0 ml) Oil
50 Ml(50.0 ml) Water
1/4 Tbsp(2.0 gm) Saunf
3 Powder Tbsp(31.0 gm) Jaggery
1/2 Flour Cup(51.0 gm) Ragi
  • For Jaggery Water

    In a pan add 3 tbsp jaggery powder, water as required , mix well and keep aside.

  • For Thekua

    In a bowl add 1/2 cup ragi flour,1/4th tbsp saunf , jaggery water, mix and knead in a soft dough.

  • Make a small balls and flatten them.

  • Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry thekua.

  • Serve.
