4 Flour Tbsp(25.0 gm) Ragi
20 Gm(20.0 gm) Rice Noodles Cooked
30 Ml(30.0 ml) Water
1/8 Grated Tsp(0.22 gm) Ginger
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Soya Sauce
1/8 Tsp(0.4 ml) Oil
1 Chopped Tbsp(6.0 gm) Spring Onion
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Butter
50 Ml(50.0 ml) Water
1/2 Chopped Tsp(1.0 gm) Garlic
1/8 Julienne Cup(14.0 gm) Onion
1/8 Julienne Cup(13.0 gm) Capsicum
1/8 Julienne Cup(12.0 gm) Carrot
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
1/8 Julienne Cup(12.0 gm) Cabbage
1 Tbsp(15.0 gm) Schezwan Sauce

  • For Roti

    In a bowl add 4 tbsp ragi flour,1/8 tsp salt, and mix it well.

  • Add water as required and knead into the soft dough.

  • Roll out dough using a rolling pin and place on a heated pan then roast from both sides with 1/2 tsp butter.

  • For Noodles

    In a pan heat, 1 tsp oil then add into the 1/2 tsp chopped garlic,1/8 tsp grated ginger and saute it well. Then add into the1/8 cup julienne onion,1/8 cup julienne carrot,1/8 cup julienne capsicum,1/8 cup julienne cabbage,1/4 tsp soya sauce,1.5 tbsp Schezwan Sauce 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/8 tsp salt and saute it well.

  • Add into the boiled rice noodles, mix well and add 1 tbsp chopped spring onion, mix it well.

  • Place ragi roti and spread 1 tbsp Schezwan Sauce and sauted rice noodle.

  • Roll it with a hand and serve
