5 Cup(5.0 gm) Shevaga Pan/Saijan Patta
1 Chopped Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion
35 Ml(35.0 ml) Water
1/2 Tsp(2.0 ml) Oil
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Urad Dal
1 Tbsp(13.0 gm) Rice
2 Flour Tbsp(12.0 gm) Ragi
  • In a mixing bowl, add prepared batter, 2 tbsp Ragi flour, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 5 gm chopped drumstick leaves, water as required, and 1/8 tsp salt.

  • Mix all ingredients well without lumps.

  • On a heated tawa, brush 1/2 tsp Oil and spread the batter.

  • Roast it well on both sides.

  • Serve.
