3/4 Tsp(3.0 gm) Baking Powder

3 Tbsp(8.0 gm) Cocoa Powder
  • For frosting

    Whisk together 2 tbsp cocoa powder, 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence, 1/4th cup powdered sugar and 2 tbsp butter.

  • Fill it in a pipping bag.

  • For cup cake

    Sift 3/4 cup ragi flour, 1/2 tsp of baking soda and 3/4th tsp of baking powder together.

  • Whisk 3 tbsp, 3 tsp of butter and 1/2 tsp of vanilla essence together, add 1/8th cup boiled & mashed peas.

  • Fold this in the ragi mixture.

  • Pour the batter into moulds till 3/4th full and bake at 1500 c for 20 minutes or till done.

  • Cool and keep aside.

  • Pipe the frosting over each cupcake and serve.
