1/4 Flour Cup(12.0 gm) Ragi
1 Flour Tbsp(8.0 gm) Rajgira
1 Chopped Tbsp(4.0 gm) Methi Leaves
1 Chopped Tsp(0.92 gm) Coriander Leaves
50 Ml(50.0 ml) Water
1/2 Tsp(2.0 ml) Oil
1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
1/8 Powder Tsp(0.27 gm) Red Chilly
1/8 Tsp(0.3 gm) Haldi
  • Make a batter of 2 tbsp ragi flour, 1 tbsp rajgira flour, 1 tbsp chopped fenugreek leaves, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp haldi, 1/8th tsp red chilly powder and sufficient water.

  • Whisk everything together and avoid lumping.

  • Heat 1/2 tsp oil on a pan.

  • Pour the cheela batter and let it cook on medium heat.

  • Flip and roast from both sides and swrve hot.
