This cute dessert is as much a treat to make as it is to eat! Bake these with your kids, play around with the frosting and create some sweet stories on a holiday.
Whisk together 2 tbsp cocoa powder, 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence, 1/4th cup powdered sugar and 2 tbsp butter.
Fill it in a pipping bag.
For cup cake
Sift 3/4 cup Ragi Flour, 1/2 tsp of baking soda and 3/4th tsp of baking powder together.
Whisk 3 tbsp milkmaid, 3 tsp of butter and 1/2 tsp of vanilla essence together, add 1/2 cup grated dudhi.
Fold this in the ragi mixture.
Pour the batter into moulds till 3/4th full and bake at 1500 c for 20 minutes or till done.
Cool and keep aside.
Pipe the frosting over each cupcake and serve.
