Finger Millet Bottle Gourd Halwa Cupcake Recipe

200 Gm(71.0 gm) Nestlé Milkmaid
1/4 Grated Cup(77.0 gm) Bottle Gourd
3/4 Flour Cup(77.0 gm) Ragi
4 Tbsp(23.0 gm) Butter
1 Powder Cup(36.0 gm) Sugar
3 Tsp(12.0 gm) Butter
1 Tsp(3.0 gm) Vanilla Extract
3/4 Tsp(3.0 gm) Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp(3.0 gm) Baking Soda
3 Tbsp(8.0 gm) Cocoa Powder
  • For frosting

    Whisk together 2 tbsp cocoa powder, 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence, 1/4th cup powdered sugar and 2 tbsp butter.

  • Fill it in a pipping bag.

  • For cup cake

    Sift 3/4 cup Ragi Flour, 1/2 tsp of baking soda and 3/4th tsp of baking powder together.

  • Whisk 3 tbsp milkmaid, 3 tsp of butter and 1/2 tsp of vanilla essence together, add 1/2 cup grated dudhi.

  • Fold this in the ragi mixture.

  • Pour the batter into moulds till 3/4th full and bake at 1500 c for 20 minutes or till done.

  • Cool and keep aside.

  • Pipe the frosting over each cupcake and serve.
