1/4 Flour Cup(26.0 gm) Ragi
1/8 Tsp(0.48 gm) Ghee
1 Chopped Tsp(3.0 gm) Almond
1/8 Powder Tsp(0.24 gm) Green Elaichi
1/8 Cup(25.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
4 Tbsp(52.0 gm) Sugar
1 Tbsp(15.0 gm) Ghee
  • In a pan heat 1 tbsp ghee,1/4 cup ragi flour and stir it continuously.

  • Add into the 4 tbsp sugar,1/8 tsp green elaichi powder,1/8 cup Nestlé A+ Milk,1 tsp chopped almonds and mix it well.

  • Pour mixture in a greased tray then flatten it and set it on room temperature.

  • Cut into the pieces and serve.
