Fig Apricot Milkshake With Sugar Recipe

This milk shake is a sweet treat to anybody.This milkshake only taste heavenly but also having the goodness several essential minerals, including magnesium, manganese, calcium (which promotes bone density), copper, and potassium.

1 Cup(204.0 ml) Milk
2 Tbsp(21.0 gm) Fig (Chopped)
2 Tbsp(16.0 gm) Dry Apricot (Chopped)
1 Tbsp(13.0 gm) Sugar
  • Take a blender and pour 1 cup milk in.

  • Add 2 tbsp chopped figs, 2 tbsp chopped dry apricot and 1 tbsp sugar.

  • Blend to the required consistency.

  • Serve chilled.
