- Step 1 In a heated pan, saute 1/4 cup chopped methi leaves with 1/4 tsp oil. Keep it aside to cool.
- Step 2 In a bowl add 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Curd, cooked methi leaves,1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp grated beetroot,1/8 tsp jeera powder,1/4 tsp chaat masala,1/8 tsp salt and combine all together.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding sprouted moong.
- Step 4 Serve.
