- Step 1 In a bowl pour 1/8 cup Nestlé A+ Milk, add 1/2 tbsp sugar powder and mix until sugar dissolves
- Step 2 Add 1/2 cup maida, crushed saunf, yeast mixture,1/2 tsp ghee, salt for taste and mix well
- Step 3 Knead into a soft dough using water as required
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding kalonji
- Step 5 Cover and rest the dough until it doubles in size
- Step 6 Once the dough has risen, punch it down to release the air.
- Step 7 Divide it into equalsized balls. and roll each evenly
- Step 8 Heat a tawa, place the roti and roast on both sides evenly until golden brown.
- Step 9 Serve the warm Khameeri Roti with curries, kebabs, or yogurt.
