Spiced and tasty beans and potatoes stir fry made in punjabi style. This easy and quick to prepare punjabi recipe is made with minimum ingredients and loaded with energy dense potato and mineral rich french beans making this a good combination to have with hot rotis.
In a heated pan add 1 tsp Oil, 1/4 tsp Jeera, 4 no. Kadi Patta, 1/4 tsp Hing, 1 tbsp copped Onion, 1 tbsp chopped Tomato, 1/4 tsp dry Red Chilly powder, 1/4 tsp Haldi, 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste and 1/4 tsp Dhania powder.
Saute all ingredients well.
Now add 1/4 cup French Beans and 1/4 tsp Salt.
Mix well, add water as required and let it cook for 34 min.
To this mixture add 1/4 cup boiled Potato, 1/4 tsp Coriander Leaves.
Tasty Aloo Beans Bhaji is ready to be served with Chapati.
