- Step 1 For stuffing, combine 1 tbsp grated fresh coconut, 2 tsp peanut powder, 1/2 tsp raisins, 1 tsp chopped cashew nut, 1 tsp powdered sugar, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste and 1/2 tsp lemon juice.
- Step 2 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding flax seeds.
- Step 3 In another bowl, add mashed potato, 3 tsp arrowroot flour, 1/4 tsp jeera powder and mix well.
- Step 4 Take a portion of potato mixture and flatten it.
- Step 5 Fill a spoonful of the coconut stuffing and shape into cylindrical rolls.
- Step 6 Coat with arrowroot flour for crisp texture.
- Step 7 Heat oil in a pan for frying.
- Step 8 Fry the kachori until crisp and golden brown.
- Step 9 Serve hot with chutney.
