A salty outer covering stuffed with a sweet flavor packed stuffing and fried until crisp and brown.

For Frying(7.0 ml) Oil
  • Prepreparation

    Boil and mash potato

  • In a vessel, add 1 tbsp fresh coconut, 2 tsp peanut powder, 1/2 tsp raisins, 1 tsp chopped cashew nut, 1 tsp sugar, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp green chilli paste, 1/2 tsp lemon juice and mix it well

  • Add the mashed potato, 3 tsp arrowroot, 1/4th tsp jeera powder and mix it well

  • Flatten the mixture

  • Fill the stuffing into it

  • Roll and coat with arrowroot powder

  • Heat oil in a pan

  • Fry the kachori until golden brown

  • Serve it hot
