Steps
- Step 1 In a vessel, add 1 tbsp grated fresh coconut, 2 tsp peanut powder, 1/2 tsp raisins, 1 tsp chopped cashew nut, 1 tsp powdered sugar, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste, 1/2 tsp lemon juice and mix it well
- Step 2 Add the mashed potato, 3 tsp arrowroot flour, 1/4 tsp jeera powder and mix it well
- Step 3 Flatten the mixture
- Step 4 Fill the stuffing into it and roll
- Step 5 Coat with arrowroot powder
- Step 6 Heat oil in a pan and add kachori's into it
- Step 7 Fry the kachori until golden brown
- Step 8 Serve it hot
