In a vessel, add 1 tbsp grated fresh coconut, 2 tsp peanut powder, 1/2 tsp raisins, 1 tsp chopped cashew nut, 1 tsp powdered sugar, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste, 1/2 tsp lemon juice and mix it well.
Add the mashed potato, 3 tsp arrowroot flour, 1/4 tsp jeera powder and mix it well.
Flatten the mixture.
Fill the stuffing into it and roll.
Coat with arrowroot powder.
Heat oil in a pan and add kachori's into it.
Fry the kachori until golden brown.
Serve it hot.
