Chutney prepared with yam tastes delicious. Yam chutney is full of fiber, and it can be prepared during winters.

Heat 2 tsp oil and allow it to cool completely.
Mash 1/4th cup boiled diced yam.
Then add 1 tsp lemon juice, 2 tsp mustard oil, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder and 1/4th tsp of each grated ginger, hing, ajwain, haldi, and salt to it.
Mix and mash again.
Preserve in a glass jar and use whenever you want.
