- Step 1 Heat a pan with 2 tsp mustard oil, add 1/4 cup boiled diced yam and saute for a minute
- Step 2 Add 1/4 tsp of each grated ginger, hing, ajwain, haldi and salt for taste.
- Step 3 Add 1/2 tsp red chilli powder and mix everything thoroughly
- Step 4 Pour in little water and mash it to a smooth texture
- Step 5 Add 1 tsp lemon juice, mix and turn off the flame
- Step 6 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves
- Step 7 Serve with your meals
