A handy, easy to make, easy to carry, smart tiffin option or breakfast on the go, sandwich is a complete meal loaded with a variety of vegetables and sauces stuffed in a bread of your choice.
Take a kadhai and heat 1/2 tsp butter.
Once the butter melts, add 1 tbsp chopped red capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 1/4th cup chopped mushroom and stir fry.
When all the veggies are mixed properly, add 1/8th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder, 1 tbsp oats and mix well.
Then add water, 1/8th tsp red chilly powder, cover and cook for a while.
Add 2 tbsp grated cheese and mix well again.
Take 2 slices of bread and apply the mixture on one bread.
Cover the sandwich with the other bread.
In a bowl, add 1 whole egg, 1/8th tsp salt and whisk well.
Take a pan and heat 1/2 tsp butter in it.
When the butter melts, add coated sandwich with seasoned egg with salt.
Roast the sandwich on both the sides.
Cut in half and serve.
