- Step 1
For mixture
Take a kadhai and heat 1/2 tsp butter.
- Step 2
Once the butter melts, add 1/2 tbsp chopped red capsicum, 1/2 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 3.5 tbsp chopped mushroom and stir fry.
- Step 3
When all the veggies are mixed properly, add 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder,1 tbsp oats and mix well.

Then add water, 1/8 tsp red chilli powder, cover and cook for a while.
- Step 5
Add 2 tbsp grated cheese and mix well again.
- Step 6
Give a Nestle Twist by adding sesame seeds.
- Step 7
For sandwich
Take 2 slices of bread and apply the mixture on one bread.

Cover the sandwich with the other bread.
- Step 9
For toast
In a bowl, add 1 whole egg, 1/8 tsp salt and whisk well.
- Step 10
Take a pan and heat 1/2 tsp butter in it.
- Step 11
When the butter melts, add coated sandwich with seasoned egg with salt.
- Step 12
Roast the sandwich on both the sides.
- Step 13
Cut in half and serve.
