- Step 1 In a bowl, add 1.5 tbsp melted butter, 200 ml unsalted buttermilk, 3 tbsp powdered jaggery, 1 tsp vanilla extract, and whisk well.
- Step 2 Add 1 cup wheat flour, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/4 tsp baking powder, 1/8 tsp salt, and whisk gently.
- Step 3 Give a nestle twist by adding mixed nuts.
- Step 4 Grease the waffle pan with the 1/2 tbsp butter and pour a spoonful of batter.
- Step 5 Cook until golden brown and crispy.
