1 Number(32.0 gm) Egg White
4 Tbsp(52.0 gm) Sugar
10 Ml(10.0 ml) Water
For Caramel
In a pan add 4 tbsp sugar and stir slowly when they are in brown color add 10 ml water and caramelize it.
For Cake
In a bowl add 1 egg white beat well and add 4 tbsp sugar and beat again till they are in soft peak form.
Pour caramel in a greased mold then pour egg white mixture
Bake in a water bath at 150 degrees for 25 minutes.
