- Step 1 In a bowl, add 2 egg whites, 3 tbsp Nestle a+ slim milk and beat well.
- Step 2 Add 1 tbsp each of chopped green capsicum, chopped red capsicum and 2 tbsp chopped spring onion.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding chopped tomato.
- Step 4 Add 2 tbsp boiled sweet corn, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp schezwan chutney and salt as per taste.
- Step 5 Mix well.
- Step 6 Take a nonstick pan and heat 1/2 tsp oil and pour the egg white batter and spread it.
- Step 7 Flip and roast both sides.
- Step 8 Serve hot.
