In a bowl, take 2 egg white to this, add 1/4 chopped green chilli, 1/4 tsp salt, 2 tsp chopped onion, 2 tsp chopped tomato, 2 tsp chopped capsicum and 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk.
Whisk well to combine everything together.
Now to fry your omelette, heat a pan and add 1 tsp oil in it.
Pour in the egg mixture. As eggs set around the edge of skillet, with the spatula, gently push cooked portions toward the centre of skillet.
Tilt and rotate skillet to allow uncooked egg to flow into empty spaces.
Cook for a minute, then flip the omelette, cook well from all sides and then slide omelette onto the plate.
