Egg White Omelette With Veggies and Milk Recipe

2.0 Number(64.0 gm) Egg White
2.0 Tsp(8.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
2.0 Chopped Tsp(6.0 gm) Tomato
2.0 Chopped Tsp(5.0 gm) Onion
2.0 Chopped Tsp(6.0 gm) Capsicum
1.0 Chopped Tsp(0.92 gm) Coriander Leaves
1/4 Chopped Tsp(0.53 gm) Green Chilli
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1.0 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
  • In a bowl, take 2 egg white to this, add 1/4 chopped green chilli, 1/4 tsp salt, 2 tsp chopped onion, 2 tsp chopped tomato, 2 tsp chopped capsicum and 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk.

  • Whisk well to combine everything together.

  • Now to fry your omelette, heat a pan and add 1 tsp oil in it.

  • Pour in the egg mixture. As eggs set around the edge of skillet, with the spatula, gently push cooked portions toward the centre of skillet.

  • Tilt and rotate skillet to allow uncooked egg to flow into empty spaces.

  • Cook for a minute, then flip the omelette, cook well from all sides and then slide omelette onto the plate.
