Steps
- Step 1 In a bowl, take 2 egg white to this, add 1/4 chopped green chilli, 1/4 tsp salt, 2 tsp chopped onion, 2 tsp chopped tomato, 2 tsp chopped capsicum and 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk
- Step 2 Whisk well to combine everything together
- Step 3 Now to fry your omelette, heat a pan and add 1 tsp oil in it
- Step 4 Pour in the egg mixture
- Step 5 As eggs set around the edge of skillet, with the spatula, gently push cooked portions toward the centre of skillet
- Step 6 Tilt and rotate skillet to allow uncooked egg to flow into empty spaces
- Step 7 Cook for a minute, then flip the omelette, cook well from all sides and then slide omelette onto the plate
