- Step 1 In a bowl, take 2 egg white, add 1/4 chopped green chilli, 1/4 tsp salt, 2 tsp chopped onion, 2 tsp chopped tomato, 2 tsp chopped capsicum, 2 tsp Nestlé A+ Milk and 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.

- Step 3 Whisk everything together.
- Step 4 Next, heat a pan with 1 tsp oil, pour the egg mixture.
