- Step 1 To make the tahini paste, take a grinding jar and add 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds, 1/2 tsp olive oil and salt as per taste. Blend and keep aside.
- Step 2 To make hummus, in a blender add the cooked chickpeas, 1/2 tsp olive oil, 1 garlic pod, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, previously made tahini paste, salt as per taste and blend.
- Step 3 Chop 2 boiled egg whites and mix it with the hummus.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding chopped green olives.
- Step 5 Take a slice of multigrain bread and spread the egg white hummus mixture on it. Cover with the other slice.
- Step 6 Serve.
