In a bowl, add 1/2 tbsp butter and whisk well till they are in light and fluffy.
Add chopped 1/2 boiled egg,1/2 tbsp chopped onion, 1/2 tbsp chopped tomato,1/2 tbsp chopped green capsicum,1/2 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum,1/4 tsp salt,1/2 tsp black pepper powder and mix it well.
Place 2 slice of bread and spread filling and close with another slice.
Trim the brown sides and serve.
