Egg Stuffed Idli Recipe

1 Tsp(4.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
1 Chopped Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion
1 Chopped Tsp(0.26 gm) Kadi Patta
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper
1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
1/3 Tbsp(5.0 gm) Urad Dal
5.0 Ml(5.0 ml) Water
2 Tbsp(26.0 gm) Rice
  • In a mixing bowl add 1 number of egg, 1 tsp Nestlé A+ Milk,1 tbsp chopped onion,1 tsp chopped curry leaves 1/8th tsp salt,1/4th tsp black pepper powder, and whisks well.

  • In a pan heat, 1 tsp oil then add egg mixture and cook. Cut cook egg into the small round shape using of biscuit cutter.

  • Grease idli mold oil , fill a mould with half part of idli mixture then place 1 small round egg piece and cover with idli batter and steam in the steamer.
