In a mixing bowl add 1 number of egg, 1 tsp Nestlé A+ Milk,1 tbsp chopped onion,1 tsp chopped curry leaves 1/8th tsp salt,1/4th tsp black pepper powder, and whisks well.
In a pan heat, 1 tsp oil then add egg mixture and cook. Cut cook egg into the small round shape using of biscuit cutter.
Grease idli mold oil , fill a mould with half part of idli mixture then place 1 small round egg piece and cover with idli batter and steam in the steamer.
