Egg Spaghetti Recipe

This lip-smacking balanced meal, with low sodium carbohydrate and crunchy antioxidant-rich vegetables can be prepared easily. The white sesame seed garnish also powers up this meal with bone-friendly calcium.

  • First, cook 10gm spaghetti and keep it aside for the main preparation.

  • Next, beat an egg in a small bowl and keep aside.

  • To prepare the spaghetti, heat 1 tsp oil in a nonstick pan.

  • Add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp each of red and green capsicum, the prepared beaten egg and scramble.

  • Add 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4th tsp black pepper, 1 tsp tomato, cooked spaghetti and toss all the ingredients well.

  • Season it with 1/2 tsp each of red chilli flakes and mixed herbs.

  • Toss and let all the components mix well.

  • Serve hot and toss white sesame seeds for a nutritional twist.
