- Step 1 In a pan heat 2 tsp mustard oil, add 1/2 tsp rai, 1 tbsp urad dal, 1 tsp
- Step 2 chopped green chilli, 4 no. kadhi patta,2 tbsp chopped onion,2 tbsp green
- Step 3 beans,3 tbsp chopped carrot, saute well, cover and cook it.
- Step 4 Add 1/2 cup roasted oats,1/4 tsp black pepper powder,1/4 tsp salt, water as
- Step 5 required, mix, cover, and cook it.
- Step 6 Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 7 Add 1/2 no. of egg and mix with oats upma until cooked.
- Step 8 Serve hot.
