Egg Salad Recipe

Egg salad is a protein rich delicious salad with the addition of peppers and lettuce elevating it's fiber content and full of antioxidants.

2 No.(120.0 gm) Boiled Egg

1/8 Cup(11.0 ml) Lettuce (Chopped)
ingredients
2 Tbsp(20.0 gm) Yellow Capsicum (Chopped)
ingredients
1.5 Tbsp(15.0 gm) Red Capsicum (Chopped)
ingredients
1/8 Tsp(0.31 gm) Black Pepper
ingredients
1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt

1 Tsp(2.0 ml) Olive Oil
  • In a bowl mix together 2 boiled eggs, 2 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum, 1.5 tbsp chopped red capsicum, 1/8 cup chopped lettuce, 1/8th tsp salt, 1 tsp olive oil and crush 1/8th tsp black pepper.

  • Mix well and serve a refreshing salad.
