0.13 Chopped Cup(11.0 gm) Lettuce
2.0 Chopped Tbsp(20.0 gm) Yellow Capsicum
2.0 Chopped Tbsp(15.0 gm) Red Capsicum
0.13 Powder Tsp(0.37 gm) Black Pepper
0.13 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
1.0 Tsp(2.0 ml) Olive Oil
  • In a bowl mix together 2 boiled eggs and chop them.

  • Add 2 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum, 1.5 tbsp chopped red capsicum, 1/8 cup chopped lettuce, 1/8 tsp salt, 1 tsp olive oil and crush 1/8 tsp black pepper powder.

  • Mix well and serve a refreshing salad.
