- Step 1 Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan and add 2 bay leaf, 2 black elaichi, 2 green elaichi, 4 black peppercorns, 4 cloves, 1/8 cup julienne onion and saute.
- Step 2 Once the onions turn golden brown, add 1/4 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/8 tsp haldi,1 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste and mix well.
- Step 3 Pour in a little water, add 1/8 cup chopped tomato and mix properly.
- Step 4 Once it is simmering, add 2 previously boiled eggs.
- Step 5 Allow the eggs to be coated with gravy, pour in a little more water and cook it further.
- Step 6 Fold in 1 tbsp beaten Nestlé A+ Curd and add the cooked rice.
- Step 7 Further, add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, cover and allow it to cook.
- Step 8 Give a Nestle Twist by adding flaxseeds.
- Step 9 Serve hot.
