Steps
- Step 1 In a nonstick pan, heat 2 tsp oil
- Step 2 To that add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 3 tbsp chopped onion and stir till light brown
- Step 3 Add 1 egg to this mixture and scramble it well
- Step 4 Spice it up with 1/4 tsp haldi and 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
- Step 5 Stir well
- Step 6 Then add 2 tbsp tomato and mix it well
- Step 7 Add the cooked rice and mix again
- Step 8 Finally sprinkle 1/8 tsp salt and 2 tbsp spring onions and saute well
- Step 9 Serve hot garnished with spring onion
