Nutrition Information per serve
In a nonstick pan, heat 2 tsp oil.
To that add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 3 tbsp chopped onion and stir till light brown.
Add 1 egg to this mixture and scramble it well.
Spice it up with 1/4 tsp haldi and 1/4 tsp red chilli powder. Stir well.
Then add 2 tbsp tomato and mix it well.
Add the cooked rice and mix again.
Finally sprinkle 1/8 tsp salt and 2 tbsp spring onions and saute well.
Serve hot garnished with spring onion.
