Egg Rajma Open Face Sandwich is topped with delicious rajma and egg the mixture, it's a perfect wholesome breakfast rich in Fiber and Protein.
For Egg Mixture
In a pan heat 1 tsp add 1 number of egg and 1/8th tsp salt,1/4th tsp black pepper powder, and mix well.
For Rajma Mixture
In a pan heat 1 tsp oil, add 1/4th tsp jeera,1/8th tsp hing,1 tbsp chopped onion and saute till onion turn in golden brown.
add 1 tbsp chopped tomato, mashed rajma,1/4th tsp turmeric powder,1/4th tsp red chilly powder,1 tsp tomato sauce,1/8th tsp salt mix well them.
Toast 2 bread slices with 1 tsp butter and on a top of the bread slices add rajma the mixture then add egg mixture.
Garnish with 1/2 tbsp chopped coriander
