  • For Egg Mixture

    In a pan heat 1 tsp add 1 number of egg and 1/8th tsp salt,1/4th tsp black pepper powder, and mix well.

  • For Rajma Mixture

    In a pan heat 1 tsp oil, add 1/4th tsp jeera,1/8th tsp hing,1 tbsp chopped onion and saute till onion turn in golden brown.

  • add 1 tbsp chopped tomato, mashed rajma,1/4th tsp turmeric powder,1/4th tsp red chilly powder,1 tsp tomato sauce,1/8th tsp salt mix well them.

  • For Sandwich

    Toast 2 bread slices with 1 tsp butter and on a top of the bread slices add rajma the mixture then add egg mixture.

  • Garnish with 1/2 tbsp chopped coriander

  • Serve warm
