For Batter
- Step 1 Soak 1/4 tbsp urad dal, 1 tbsp rice and grind it to a paste.
- Step 2 In a bowl take rice urad dal paste and add 2 tbsp ragi flour along with 1/8 tsp salt.
- Step 3 Add water as required, mix well, and keep aside.

For Egg Mixture
- Step 1 In a bowl add 1 egg,1/8 tsp salt,1/2 tsp red chilli powder, beat well and keep it aside.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding bell peppers.

For Dosa
- Step 1 Spread batter on tawa and roast with 1 tsp oil.
- Step 2 When the dosa is half cooked pour the egg mixture on top of the dosa.
- Step 3 Flip and cook from the other side till crisp.
- Step 4 Serve.
