Egg Ragi Dosa recipe is a healthy alternative to the usual dosa. Dosa With egg adding a load of Protein and Fiber.
In a bowl take rice urad dal batter and add 2 tbsp ragi flour along with 1/8th tsp salt.
Add water as required, mix well, and keep aside.
For Egg Mixture
In a bowl add 1 number of egg,1/8th tsp Salt,1/2 tsp Red chilly
powder beat well and keep aside.
Spread batter on tawa and roast with 1 tsp Oil.
When the dosa is half cooked pour the egg mixture on top of the dosa.
Flip and cook from another side till crisp.
