2 Flour Tbsp(12.0 gm) Ragi
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
1 Egg Whole(45.0 gm) Egg
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
1/2 Powder Tsp(1.0 gm) Red Chilly
1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
0.17 Tbsp(3.0 gm) Urad Dal
2.52 Ml(3.0 ml) Water
1 Tbsp(13.0 gm) Rice
  • For Batter

    In a bowl take rice urad dal batter and add 2 tbsp ragi flour along with 1/8th tsp salt.

  • Add water as required, mix well, and keep aside.

  • For Egg Mixture

    In a bowl add 1 number of egg,1/8th tsp Salt,1/2 tsp Red chilly

  • powder beat well and keep aside.

  • For Dosa

    Spread batter on tawa and roast with 1 tsp Oil.

  • When the dosa is half cooked pour the egg mixture on top of the dosa.

  • Flip and cook from another side till crisp.

  • Serve
