For Scrambled Egg
- Step 1 Heat a pan, add 1 tsp oil, 2 tbsp chopped onion and saute for 2 minutes.
- Step 2 Add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp oregano and 1/4 tsp black pepper powder and mix all ingredients well.
- Step 3 Add one whole egg and scramble it.
- Step 4 Allow it to cook for a minute, and switch off the heat.

For Egg Quesadilla
- Step 1 In another pan, heat 2.5 tsp butter and place wheat tortilla on it.
- Step 2 Add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tsp chopped red capsicum, 1 tsp chopped yellow capsicum, 1 tsp chopped capsicum, 6 basil leaves and 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes.
- Step 3 Add the scrambled egg mixture and 2 tbsp grated cheese.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 5 Flip and cook till it turns crispy.
- Step 6 Tasty egg quesadilla is ready to serve.
