  • For scrambled egg

    In a heated pan, add 1 tsp oil and 3 tbsp chopped onion.

  • Saute it well for 2 min.

  • Now, add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp red chilly powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp oregano and 1/2 tsp black pepper powder.

  • Mix all ingredients well for 1 min.

  • Put one whole egg and scramble it.

  • Allow to cook for 3 min and switch off the heat.

  • For egg quesadilla

    In another pan heat 1 tsp butter and place wheat tortilla on it.

  • To this add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tsp chopped red capsicum, 1 tsp chopped yellow capsicum, 1 tsp chopped capsicum, 6 basil leaves and 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes.

  • To this add the previously prepared scrambled egg and 2 tbsp grated cheese.

  • Fold the entire mixture and cook till it turns crispy.

  • Tasty egg quesadilla is ready to serve.
