Egg pakora is a north indian snack usually made with boiled eggs dipped in gram flour batter and deep fried Eggs are the best source of complete proteins which contains all essential amino acids for our body.

2.0 Egg Whole (With Shell)(106.0 gm) Egg
1.0 Tbsp(10.0 gm) Besan
1/2 Tsp(3.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste
0.13 Powder Tsp(0.27 gm) Red Chilly
0.13 Tsp(0.29 gm) Ajwain
0.13 Tsp(0.3 gm) Haldi
0.13 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
2.0 Tbsp(16.0 ml) Oil
15.0 Ml(15.0 ml) Water
  • For the batter

    In a mixing bowl, add 1 tbsp besan, 1/8th tsp ajwain, 1/8th tsp red chilly powder, 1/8th tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/8th tsp salt, water and mix it well.

  • Make a smooth batter and keep it aside.

  • For frying

    Heat the oil, dip egg pieces in the batter.

  • Dunk the pieces for deep frying.

  • Fry evenly for a minute.

  • Serve it hot.
