  • Take 1.5 tbsp sweet corn, boil it and keep aside.

  • Take a mixing bowl and break an egg in it.

  • Add 1.5 tbsp chopped spinach, 1.5 tbsp previously boiled sweet corn, 1 tsp chopped green chillies, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp black pepper and whisk it.

  • Take a frying pan, heat 1 tsp oil and pour the egg mixture making sure it is spread evenly across the pan.

  • Allowing it to cook, flip and cook on the other side as well.

  • Serve fresh and hot.
