An idle breakfast option, an egg omlette loaded with olives and cheese adding on to the iron content of the meal and a variety of minerals and vitamins.
In a bowl crack 1 no. egg.
To this add 1 tsp chopped Olives, 1 tbsp chopped Onion, 1/8th tsp Salt, 1/4th tsp Black Pepper powder, 1 tsp grated Cheese, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and white sesame seeds (Nestle Twist).
Mix well all the ingredients.
In a heated pan add 1 tsp oil and pour the prepared mixture into it.
Spread it well on the pan and roast evenly on both sides.
Serve it hot with Bread.
