For Roti
- Step 1 Take a mixing bowl and add 3.5 tbsp wheat flour, 2.5 tbsp cornflour, and

- Step 4 Add water as required and knead it into a soft dough.

- Step 7 Heat a nonstick tava over low flame, roast the roti on both sides, and keep it aside.

- Step 1 Take a mixing bowl and break an egg into it.
- Step 2 Add 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1.5 tbsp chopped
- Step 3 tomato, 1/8 tsp green chili paste, and 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 4 Beat the mixture with a fork and keep it aside.
- Step 5 Take a frying pan and heat 3 tsp oil.
- Step 6 Pour in the prepared egg mixture and cook it slightly.
- Step 7 Once it is slightly browned, place the cooked roti on top of the egg and allow it to cook
- Step 8 further.
- Step 9 Flip it, evenly spread 2 tsp mayonnaise on top, and roll it up.
- Step 10 Serve fresh and hot.
