Ingredients

- Step 1
Take a kadhai and heat 2 tsp oil in it.
- Step 2
Add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 2.5 tbsp chopped onion, 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp garam masala. Saute well.
- Step 3
Give a Nestle Twist by adding spinach.
- Step 4
Once mixed well, add water and 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 5
Add 2 egg boiled egg yolks and mash well.
- Step 6
Then grate 2 egg whites and mix gently.
- Step 7
Serve hot with 4 pav.
