- Step 1 In a blender add boiled egg whites, 3 egg yolks, 1 tbsp mayonnaise, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder and salt for taste
- Step 2 Give it a Nestle twist by adding pumpkin seeds
- Step 3 Blend until smooth
- Step 4 Top it up with chopped egg whites, 1 tsp flax seeds and 1/2 tsp mixed herbs.
- Step 5 Mix well and sprinkle red chilli powder.
- Step 6 Serve
